we really enjoyed our stay here, it was comfy and clean. the staff were so welcoming and nice, they made our stay feel like home. breakfast was gorgeous with views of the lake and really good options on the menu. the room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. also, they even did some cute birthday decorations for my fiancé's birthday, despite the funny mix-up with the banners!

the only bad thing was that there was no shelving in the shower, so we had to keep bending down for our stuff. also, there was a bit of noise from outside sometimes.

I stayed here for one night in a Double Room. The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach and the Another Place installation. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Staff greeted me warmly, making check-in easy. I loved the friendly atmosphere. the view from my room was disappointing, facing a scruffy rooftop with litter. That really took away from the experience. The room was too warm, and the fan didn’t help much. I also noticed a lot of mosquitoes outside, making it hard to enjoy the lovely terrace. Though the restaurant served nice food, it stopped serving dinner pretty early, which left me without options after a late arrival. If they improved the view and noise issues, I could see myself enjoying this place more. But for now, it’s a decent spot for a night's rest.

So, we stayed in a lovely double room with a sofa bed. The staff were fantastic-made us feel right at home, and even surprised us with birthday decorations for my fiancé that were just hilarious, even if they got the gender wrong!

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we received.

The hotel offered a peaceful environment with a great bed and fabulous views of Crosby beach, and it's just a short walk to the stunning Antony Gormley's Another Place, which made my city strolls truly memorable.

I had a good experience during my stay. The restaurant provided some nice options for meals and the room service was efficient. The free WiFi was a plus, making it easy to keep connected. I noticed the fitness centre was a nice addition for quick workouts. One pleasant moment was enjoying coffee in the sun terrace area after a long day exploring. everything I needed was there.

The room felt slightly smaller than I would have expected and lacked a few amenities, such as extra toiletries.

I had a lovely one-night stay in a spacious Family Room with King Size bed and Bunk Beds. The room was clean and the tea tray was a nice touch. I was disappointed that the food service was closed when I arrived on a Sunday evening. A basic breakfast option for early risers would also be appreciated.
